Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnership & Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our platform by identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships and affiliate programs. This role will be crucial in scaling our growth through collaborations with key industry players, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development & Management
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with payment providers, logistics companies, SaaS platforms, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual growth.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure long-term value creation.
2. Affiliate & Referral Program Expansion
- Develop and scale Shahbandr’s affiliate marketing and referral programs.
- Recruit high-performing affiliates and ensure their success through training and incentives.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and revenue contribution.
3. Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Research and analyze market opportunities to drive regional expansion.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets and business verticals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to localize Shahbandr’s offering for different markets.
4. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and explore new revenue streams through innovative business models.
- Develop strategies to increase platform adoption among merchants and partners.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop data-driven insights to track partnership performance and optimize initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, partner contributions, and expansion progress.
- Recommend improvements to partnership models based on industry trends and performance data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech.
- Strong track record in negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, referral programs, or ecosystem growth.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
