At Shahbandr, we empower merchants to launch and grow their online stores with ease. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients succeed on the platform. You will be their trusted partner, guiding them to overcome challenges, maximize their store’s potential, and achieve sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor client stores to ensure their success and smooth operations on the Shahbandr platform.
- Track clients’ daily activities, identify incomplete tasks, and provide support to resolve them.
- Assist customers with technical issues, guiding them toward the right solutions.
- Encourage clients to remain active and adopt strategies to grow their business.
- Maintain a structured daily follow-up list and communicate with clients consistently.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on customer health, performance, and potential risks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Customer Support, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A positive, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
