We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Specialist with a proven track record in software sales. The ideal candidate will have SaaS experience and a strong understanding of eCommerce technologies, enabling them to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, crafting strategic sales plans, and delivering impactful presentations to executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term client relationships by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and client onboarding.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track key metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and present progress reports to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in software sales; SaaS background is highly preferred.
  • eCommerce & Technology Know-How: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and the ability to discuss technology solutions confidently.
  • Proven Track Record: History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess client needs, customize solutions, and effectively demonstrate ROI.
