We are looking for a passionate and skilled Creative Content Creator to join Shahbandr’s marketing team and help tell the story of a modern SaaS platform built for e-commerce growth. You will create high-impact content that educates, inspires, and converts across multiple channels, while keeping a consistent Shahbandr voice and a strong understanding of the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
1) Content Strategy and Ideation

Build and execute a content plan aligned with Shahbandr’s brand, target segments, and business goals.

Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop content ideas that explain features, use cases, and outcomes for merchants.

Translate product updates into clear narratives, campaigns, and launch content.
2) Content Creation

Produce high-quality content across formats, including social posts, short videos, ad creatives, landing page copy, blog articles, email campaigns, and product education content.

Write strong captions, scripts, and storytelling copy that reflects Shahbandr’s tone and speaks to a Saudi audience.

Collaborate with designers and video editors to deliver cohesive content for all platforms.
3) Brand Consistency and Engagement

Maintain consistent messaging and visual direction across every touchpoint.

Turn customer stories, testimonials, and user-generated content into high-performing content pieces.

Support community engagement through content that encourages conversation and sharing.
4) Research and Trend Analysis

Stay current with content trends, social formats, AI tools, SaaS marketing best practices, and e-commerce trends in Saudi Arabia.

Research competitor positioning and market topics to keep Shahbandr content fresh, accurate, and credible.

Use insights and performance data to improve content quality and results.
5) Planning and Delivery

Manage content timelines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time execution.

Share regular updates on content performance, learnings, and next actions with stakeholders.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or creative marketing.

Strong understanding of the Saudi market, shopping culture, and digital behavior.

Excellent storytelling and writing skills across social, web, and performance content.

Creative mindset with the ability to work fast, adapt, and iterate based on data.
